The spiced-to-perfection plate of Brain Masala contains generous amounts of flavours that will live on in one’s dreams. One of the best exponents that street food has to offer – especially in Peshawar.
Made on a hot iron skillet, tomato sauce and masala spices are what add to the satisfaction. Green onions, cilantro, and red chilli powder fraternize in the mix, and finally the brains are scrambled (one would not want to burn the brains).
Definitely an off-the-beaten-path commodity in Pakistan, but well-worth the effort.
